The program

More than a cleaning contract. A managed department.

Instead of coordinating staff, supplies, and vendors yourself, community management works with one partner responsible for the day-to-day housekeeping operation. C&E is the employer of its housekeeping personnel and handles their payroll, scheduling, and supervision.

Marble and terrazzo care, hallway carpet cleaning, and power washing can be scheduled as part of your program, so floors and surfaces are maintained on a plan rather than in reaction. Every program is built around the property — what's included depends on the scope we agree on together.

  • One accountable partnerStaffing, supervision and supplies—handled by C&E.
  • Scope agreed up frontSpaces and frequencies set with your board.
  • Predictable monthly feeTeam, supplies and equipment in one fee.

Turnover & in-unit cleaning

Between residents, every unit is reset.

Turnover work is scheduled around your community's move-out and move-in calendar and quoted separately from the common-area program, so vacant units are ready for the next resident and the next showing.

C&E housekeeper providing floor care as part of an apartment turnover

Floor care

Scraping, screening, and refinishing of hardwood, polishing of stone, and re-glazing or replacement of resilient flooring, so the unit's floors are brought back to a consistent, move-in-ready finish.

C&E housekeeper providing deep cleaning as part of an apartment turnover

Deep cleaning

Top-to-bottom cleaning of the vacated unit: kitchens and baths scrubbed and sanitized, appliance interiors and cabinet faces wiped, baseboards, vents, and light fixtures dusted, and carpets extracted where fitted.

C&E housekeeper providing windows & glass as part of an apartment turnover

Windows & glass

Interior windows, sliding glass doors, mirrored closet doors, and shower enclosures cleaned inside and out where accessible, so the unit reads bright from the first showing.

Built around your community

A clearly defined scope, set in advance.

We walk the property with community management to establish staffing schedules, cleaning frequencies, service areas, and supply responsibilities before a proposal is prepared.

  • Schedules aligned with resident move-in and move-out activity
  • Agreed access procedures and areas of responsibility
  • Supervision and communication with community management
  • Approved supplies, inventory levels, and replenishment responsibilities

A cleaning plan for your community.

Common questions

Planning Your Service

Discuss your property with C&E →
Can C&E work alongside our existing property management company?

Yes. Your board and property management team retain leadership and oversight. C&E coordinates the agreed housekeeping responsibilities and communicates with management through one accountable program.

Can marble and carpet care be included in the program?

Yes, where agreed. Marble maintenance and carpet cleaning can be scheduled alongside recurring housekeeping, with methods and frequencies suited to the surfaces and traffic. Specialty services are not automatically included in every contract.

Is apartment turnover cleaning part of common-area housekeeping?

Turnover and in-unit floor care, deep cleaning, and windows are scheduled around move-outs and quoted separately from the recurring common-area program.
